My Fellow Floridians,
My office and I had another busy week out in the district, meeting with constituents and attending important community events. I greatly appreciate you taking the time to keep up with me and my work for Florida. During this year’s legislative session, it was an honor to be the voice of House District 24 in Tallahassee. My fellow legislators and I accomplished so much good work for our state, and we are just getting started. The Sunshine State is already leading the nation in education and economic growth, and I know we will continue to set the gold standard on other issues important to Floridians in the years to come.
If there is something I can do for you, please do not hesitate to contact my office. I want to work with you to build a brighter future for Florida and our district. You can get in touch with my office by clicking here. We would be more than happy to assist you in any way we can!
Wednesday, June 5 – Tour of Ma Barker House & Grand Opening of Imagine North Magnolia Park
My wife, Jenny, and I, alongside other Marion County elected officials joined The Honorable George Albright for a tour of the Ma Barker House in Carney Island, Ocklawaha. It was incredible to see that everything is still just as it was in 1935. The house is a piece of Marion County history worth learning about and exploring.
Later that day, my staff had the opportunity to attend the grand opening ceremony for the Imagine North Magnolia Park at Marion Heights. The project was funded by the North Magnolia Community Redevelopment Agency and the Ocala Recreation & Parks Department. This funding helped bring the community to life, and it was exciting to have many kids enjoying the new park on the very first day.
Tuesday, June 4 – Campaign Event for Conservative Candidate Greg Folley
It was great to spend some time in Naples for a campaign event with Representative Bob Rommel for conservative candidate Greg Folley for State House District 81. I look forward to supporting strong, business-minded candidates in this upcoming election!
